Stayed again twice in last year staff great. This place is off the normal tourist trap route by itself over 10 minutes from the yacht club but that 10 minutes is all the difference in the world when it comes to actually being able to enjoy the islands the way you want to enjoy the island without having to deal with all of the tourist getting in your way.
I was in convenience store right downstairs means that we are able to get anything that we need for lunch or breakfast, and being over on the other bay away from the yacht club means that we can get our boats in and out easy without having to deal with all of the high-priced BS
We were meeting sailing friends in Staniel Cay and made plans just weeks before our trip. We were so fortunate to find a room at the Isles Inn. We had everything we needed. Ms Vivian is the best! You can walk to the beaches and to SCYC, but we also rented a golf cart from her to travel around Staniel Cay. I will definitely stay there again.
Vivian has a few lovely rooms above her store on Staniel Cay. 5 minute walk from the airstrip, she accommodated us even though we arrived hours before we could check in. Staniel Cay Yacht Club is a wonderful place, where you will meet travelers from all over, many of whom have known each other for decades. If you can't get a room there, stay with Vivian and her husband, whose name I never got.
Her little marina is a fantastic place. When you hire someone to take you to see the pigs, the snorkeling grotto, the Exuma Land & Sea Park, the iguanas (we hired Driko, a very cool but reserved dude), he'll pick you up at the pier. Grab a Goombay Punch (a sweet sweet soft drink, sweeter than Coke) for the road.
You'll love it on Staniel Cay. You'll love staying with Vivian.
Rather you are looking for a quite place for just you & your sweetheart or a lovely peaceful place with easy access to everything the Island has to offer. Isles Inn is the go to spot! Several options from just a room with private bath - to all access kitchen multi room suites!~

Vivian & Berkie treat guests like family. Have been staying there several years.
Walkability: You can walk ALL OVER the island, it is not big. it is safe. Use good walking shoes. We are lazy at times and rent a golf cart.
Food & drinks: For snacks and fix your own, the store is just below the apartments, it is a comfortable walk to restaurants. We have always felt safe day or night. It's been 3 years, we assume food & drink still available at 3 places with variety of styles and food. All good.
Isles Inn is one of the most amazing places I have ever been to in my life. The aura that is breathed on the island is wonderful and so are its owners. The rooms have great detail, nothing is missing, in an impressive environment like Staniel Cay. I will return but to stay for many days, because it is a real luxury to be there. We were a party of four friends that needed last-minute accommodations to leave a catamaran trip gone awry.
Vivian and her husband have a lovely Inn located next to the airport.
We were picked up from the waterfront along with our luggage and brought to the Inn. Our room was very spacious for the four of us and they provided lots of clean fluffy towels. The room also had a microwave and a coffee maker, Wi-Fi , dishes and utensils to eat your leftovers.
You could sit outside on the porch or walk down to the gazebo and pier along the inlet. They also rent golf carts so you can see the rest of the island or go pick up dinner.
They also have a general store where you can buy fishing supplies or sundries.
They really helped us out providing this clean room at a wonderful price
